I forgot to mention the pawn shops,cheap motels, check cashing outlets, and for the bargain hunter... plenty of cheap used car lots with polyester wearing used car salesman.

Beware of young male drivers who drive with one hand on the wheel, using the other to make rude gestures. Worse are the addictions like Skiing, snow boarding (I tried this this winter, and I'm still waiting for my body to heal- brutal, really brutal), snow mobiling, snow shoeing, cross country skinig, bicycling on the green belt, hiking, tour train around Boise, hot springs and pools, fishing, hunting, camping (some lodges and hotels are scenically located: Redfish and McCall come to mind). I guess you could say that Boiseans are among the most active blokes in the universe. Leave a Comment
