When we stopped to look at the falls, we noticed an art festival going on in the park next to it, so we walked through it. It was nice, lots of mountain and animal pictures and "western" looking stuff. I don't know anything about art, nor do I care for anything overly "artsy" or abstract looking, but there were several objects of art there I would not mind in our living room. I really liked a painting with horses on it.
We talked to some of the people there, and thought everyone was very friendly. They all treated us almost like celebrities , since we were from Florida, lol! I guess not many tourists visit Idaho Falls.

QUERY: WHEN ONE MENTIONS IDAHO, WHAT IS THE FIRST THING THAT COMES TO ONE'S MIND? POTATOS!!!!!!!!! WHERE ELSE WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO FIND A SPUD DRIVE-IN? NOW, IS THAT CULTURE, OR WHAT?

Buhl, Castleford, and Twin Falls really have no culture. Everybody is over friendly most of the time. People are very helpful and nice. There are mostly Whites and Hispanic people. It is kind of closed minded there. Small town people don't like change. They like to protect their town. Idaho is peaceful. We have a lot of farm land, and we grow a lot of potatoes.
