  • Boise Municipal Airport

Of all the airports that I have been to, Boise ranks up there on the list of unorganized ones! The ticket personnel at most of the gates were not very helpful, but security was easy and simple. There also were not alot choices of airlines to choose from:Southwest, United, America West, Alaska were the main ones.

I had a choice of arriving around noon or at 3:25 a.m. I chose the noon arrival. You best get a car and drive. There's lots of miles to cover, and lots of things to turn off the highway to see.

  • I believe the best way to...

You need a car. If you visit Coeur d'Alene, you can walk around downtown and by the lake, but there's alot more to see than just Lake Coeur d'Alene. There...

  • Air is your best bet and then...

Air is your best bet and then rent a car in Boise. Or get a horse and ride baby ride!! You gotta have wheels here. There is no subway or metro system with the exception of bus service in Boise. We have lots of mountains and very few roads so it is easy to find your way around. Renting a car is inexpensive and highly reccommended. We do have horses...
