    Greektown Gyros

Greektown Gyros is one of the gyros spots in Greektown. The menu has all kinds of fast food options besides gyros, including burgers, dogs, and more. The inside is clean and is decorated nicely. It is open 24 hours and cash only.

Favorite Dish: Everything I have ever ordered is good here, but I prefer the gyros at Mr. Greek's across the street.

Greektown is the neighborhood just west of the loop area. Basically Greektown is a line of restaurants along Halstead Street roughly between VanBuren (south) and Randolf (north).

There are very nice restaurants in Greektown and I recommend a few. However, for a gyro (pronounced "yE-ro" in Chicago, not "zhir-ro"), you do not need to eat at a fancy place. Greektown Gyro is like a fast food place. They have Italian beefs, burgers, etc. But their gyros are the best. Better than any I have had at other Greek places in or out of the neighborhood.

Favorite Dish: Gyro sandwich for the average.

For the strong, gyro plate (comes with fries and a salad).
