Yes there is a Chinatown in Chicago. You can come down here to eat one of restaurants or shop for authenic Chinese herbs/merchandise.

I'd suggest everyone go to "Three Happiness." It's on the South end of Cermak street... a tiny little dive with good food for a good price. Also a nice starting point to do some window browsing.
