    Parkers: beware!

by pedersdottir Updated Apr 16, 2004

    3.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

Their local wardens - the metermaids and metermen - will strike you down with a fine in a flash the moment the little red 'feed me' flag goes up. So visitors: BE CAREFUL OUT THERE. Visitors from Chicago: TAKE THE EL!
