    Toad Hall

by dlandt Updated Jan 5, 2005

Toad Hall is a run down old house that has been added onto and turned into a veritable treasure trove for fthe used book afficionado. Need the last book ofthe Flash Gordon series? How about a Dark Shadows blowup doll of Barnabas Collins? This is your place. They have thousands and thousands of books, records, tapes, collectibles, and more.

What to buy: Used books, especially the hard to find ones. You can call them, they have a pretty good idea of what they have, and will ship.

What to pay: Less than $5, but beware, they know what they have, and do charge accordingly. I almost got one of the Jules Verne books for $3 but she did a doubletake and upped it to $7.
