Avoid Classic Touch Limo at all cost! They completely stained our once in a life-time special event and didn't care at all. They use to be a decent service staffed with PROS, but within the past couple of years the service has declined drastically. After the Chauffeur finally showed up (over an hour late mind you) we were very embarrassed by the appearance of the chauffeur (dirty and literally stank) and the appearance of the vehicle (not washed, dented, and nothing on inside of the vehicle worked). The Chauffeur was not trained (i.e. wrong turns all night, VERY choppy drive as if you were at sea during a storm). Not to mention, the limo was not stocked with ice, water, drinks, napkins, or any of the other things promised with the package. We paid nearly $1000 for the service that evening and the joke was on us. I could go on and on and on. Avoid this service at all cost. They are only out to rip you off.

Classic Touch limousine service is totally unreliable. I arranged to have them pick me up at the train station in Indianapolis as train service to Bloomington from Chicago is unavailable. My train arrived in Indy at midnight but my Classic Touch ride was nowhere to be found and never showed up, so I was stranded in downtown Indy in the middle of the night. I ended up taking a cab to Bloomington; fortunately the cab driver felt sorry for me and charged me a special low price. So use Classic Touch at your own peril!
