A friend and I walked in here because I liked the well preserved Neo-Classic facade. Plus the name is funny. We were the only ones without beer guts and I was the only person wearing a sweater.

Buying local is the mantra of famous chefs around the world and here in the midwest, you can buy assorted local produce that are fresh, and mostly hormone free (for the meats like cattle or pork or chicken) and you can buy local stuff here and cook them when you go back to chicago if you are staying with friends.
