Noblesville Travel Guide

This lady has serious problems!! Contracted to serve lunch and dinner for 60-70 people locally. Lunch was 50 minutes late. Dinner was 15 minutes late for ANYTHING available. Put out broasted chicken in warming tray(including BACKS!!!) & several people found RAW pieces & small bowl of salad & 2 small bottles of cheap italian dressing. Obviously ran out of salad. Had to wait 10 min for refill. 2nd entree, beef & noodles, arrived 20 minutes later. No vegetable(s); only potato was lunch leftovers of potato chips. Bread served was the bread pulled off the lunch's leftover sandwiches! They were also set out. Drinks included leftover sweet tea still in jugs from store & lemonade which had been setting on table all afternoon (no ice served at beginning, came 1/2 hr later). Dessert was leftover cookies from lunch; a Very runny slapped together peach cobbler & a good chocolate cake, which came an hour after meal was to have been served. Do not even think about using her!!! She disregards instructions & gets very defensive when confronted with problems. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!

Favorite Dish: Nothing --- I was nauseous after eating.

Do NOT even think of EVER using Noblesville Catering Company!! She is undependable (meals served 1/2 to 1 hour later than contract called for); served RAW/BLOODY chicken including chicken BACKS; small bowl of salad for 70 people; 2 small bottles of italian cheap dressing; 2nd entree (beef & noodles) came 1/2 hr later; no vegetables;no potatos; bread was pulled off leftover sandwiches from lunch!!; drinks included lunch leftovers of sweet tea and lemonade (whose spigot was almost unusable) and no ice at beginning; leftover cookies from lunch; peach cobbler was runny; chocolate cake served waaaaayyyyyy after meal was over was edible, however. She didn't even use common sense when setting up the tables..salad in middle of table. Ran out of plates & had to leave to go buy more. She does not appear to care about sanitary/safety and is extremely defensive when confronted with problems. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
