Chief Menominee statue, erected 1909 near Twin Lakes south of Plymouth. Located on S. Peach Road, 5 miles west of U. S. 31.

Metal plaque attached to a boulder marking the site of Menominee's log chapel and village on 12th Road on north side of Twin Lakes, about a half mile north of Menominee statue, and 1/10 mile west of S. Peach Road.
