    We did not eat at any restaurants in Ark City. There were so many small trailers selling different kinds of food that we ate in the park at the Prairiefest.

    Funnel cake for dessert is the best. They make the batter and pour it through a funnel into hot grease. The hot cake is sprinkled with powdered sugar.
