The Post Homestead is a little different and it might look like a cheesy tourist trap, but really it is much more.
The owners are a nice older couple who really like people and they have opened their home to travlers so they can share their lives with people.
He is an acomplished song writer with a couple of national hits under his belt but he is more like a friendly long lost uncle that likes to entertain you with some wild stories and a few funny songs.
They are truly warm friendly people who are well worth knowing.
If you are ever in the area I urge you to stop by and visit. It will be a nices experience.

West of Arkansas City is a place called Post Musical Homestead. I don't want to call it a tourist trap because it was closed when we got there. Becky took a quick ride on the giant rabbit and we left.
