Bruff's is about a block east of Commercial street on 6th. There are a few bars and small taverns in Emporia but I like Bruffs because they serve steak sandwiches there. My wife and I some times have supper there.

Raccoons come out at night around Emporia. This one came up on my front step. It was not much afraid of our little poodle.

Q: Is there any bars that have a place nxt to it for a big truck to park at?
A: It seems to me that "semi-truck parking" and "bar" should not cross each other on the same sign.

i grew up there and lived there for 24 years, and in the 2 years i've been gone i've noticed it go down hill. I would say w/ all the illegal aliens working at beef and the somalians that have come in...
