Visitor permits are free of charge and are valid for a single visit. Permits may be obtained from the Information Booth located south of the Union (Usually need to have DL and plate number). You can also stop by at Parking Services, 108 Edwards Hall.
Visitor permits are valid in the following areas:
Any student, housing and faculty/staff parking lots, designated with the signs O, R, W, T or Z.
Visitor permits are not valid in Service Vehicle areas, Reserved Parking areas or Meter Parking.
Meter Prices are $.75/hour.
There are meter nazis so if you don't want to get the "boot" just get a visitor pass (the "boot" is for excessive violations). They're free and it's good for the whole day. Leave a Comment
