Old town has a lot of places to eat and shop and have a drink. I went to a comedy club there once with my wife.
It is the old part of town with brick streets and brick buildings. It has been revitalized and is a fun area.
Any of the bars or restaurants in old town---Heroes, Acapulco Joes, River City Brewery. On the east side is a great bar/restaurant named the Grape. Lots of fun on a Thursday night with all the single professional guys and gals.
