A spotlessly clean restaurant with a nice display of quilts in the main dining area. The waitresses (some Amish, some not) are very pleasant and friendly.
There is a very nice gift shop also.
Favorite Dish: We were not in the mood for fried chicken so had sandwiches instead, and they were delicious. Then we had Sour Creme Raisin Pie for dessert. Big slices! wonderful taste. oh, and their raspberry iced tea was great too.
We'll be back.
Just a very nice shop with a wide variety of home items to choose from. All items nicely displayed as well.
What to buy: mini-quilts, sometimes full size quilts, plus a variety of home decorating items.
What to pay: fair and reasonable prices.
Beautiful hand-made furniture (also quilts) are to be found inside this store. If you appreciate oak, maple, cherry, and other fine woods used in highly crafted furniture, this is for you. Of course, the furniture is not cheap because so much time has gone into its construction. But you get what you pay for.
What to buy: desks, tables, beds, quilts, etc etc.
What to pay: pricey, but fairly priced.
