After a visit to two bourbon distilleries and some tasting (just sipping mind you) we did not want a wild night. But the hotel bar had such a good selection of bourbons -- some we'd not tried, that we enjoyed sipping more after dinner. Nice bar with a waterfall behind it.

If you are interested in nightlife, Frankfort will not have much to offer. I recommend driving to Louisville, to the old Bardstown Road area, or Lexington which has several nightclubs. Frankfort is about halfway between each city.
