Radcliff also has a great historical park. This park is a little harder to find. This park has all of the varieties trees and shrubs marked with species for a learning experience. Great hiking trails with some good hills involved. A great place for a cookout.
When I get home again from this trip, I will upload pictures and get the actual park name.

Radcliff has built a very nice skateboarding park and put it inside the realms of their city park. A very nice location and a lot of fun. In the park you can cook out and enjoy nature in the middle of town.

You get get much closer than the highway (well you could if you bashed through the barrels and challenged the guards - but I wouldn't recomend it)
But it's still need to say you saw the famous Ft. Knox Bullion Depository

I didn't get to go inside since it was open only during working hours. I did however get to wander around the outdoor displays of various historic tanks and a helicopter.

The hi-way called 31W is a place to be very careful. There are a lot of crossing places for vehicles and hence a lot of traffic trying to shoot between cars to get to the other side. This is a definate place to hang up the phone and don't light any cigarettes.
