We loved this place. We had two very special dinners there. They're a bit pricey by our standards, $100 w/wine, for two people. But it's a beautiful setting. They have a large Buffalo head mounted above the bar. The bar also has a room behind it with roaring fireplace and several other mounted animal heads. Not a place to take your card carrying PETA friend to. Their food and wine selection was great. We did meat both nights. Actually we were only supposed to have dinner there one night, but it was so good, we blew off the other place and came back. I would go up to Yosemite, just to have diner there.
Check to be sure they're open before you make plans to go. They close early for winter. Last day open when we went was Oct 19th, 2003.
