The WTC Building is accessible 24 hours a day. To get to the top floor which rotates around, you have to sign in with the guard and take two different elevators.

It was built in 1965 and is 33 stories (407 feet) tall. It was the tallest building in New Orleans, but has since been surpassed.

On this floor, they only serve drinks. There is also apparently a private club which serves food. Since we not only didn't want to drink, we didn't see anyone around to give us anything, I took a couple of pictures and left.

360: Is that my head spinning 360 degrees???

No, that's not your head spinning from Bourbon St. Its the name of one of the coolest bars in New Orleans! At the top of the New Orleans World Trade Center, is the 360 Bar. It is a great nightclub playing great dance music and serving great, but expensive, drinks. An AWESOME time!

Dress Code: Dress jeans are alright, but it is more upscale than most New Orleans clubs, so khakis are definitely not out of place here. Girls wear whatever.
