It's pretty much like any other small water park, just not quite so extravagant. The park's features include a wave Pool, tubular water slides, large Activity Pool, and a Kiddy Pool.

Caspiana House was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1981. These buildings serve as a history laboratory for not only students and teachers but also community groups and tourists.
