White water rafting! One amazing sport that gets the adrenaline going! If you have never been, I would definitely recommend going if you like adventures. Maine provides some wicked rivers for rafting. These include the Kennebec, Penobscot and Dead river. They also have many companies offering day and week-end trips since this is a booming business in Maine. You can expect to pay from 70-100$ US for a one day trip (depending on when you plan to go) Although you are probably thinking this is expensive...it is well worth it. Many companies are very qualified and provide many things like diner and all the equipment.

i highly reccomend this company for a great white water rafting trip. They are very knowledgable about the sport and very well trained. They make the day all that much more amazing!
