Patten is home to this wonderful collection of over 4000 historical lumbering artifacts, objects, and documents.
The museum is open seasonally and has many fine examples of the areas proud heritage housed in nine buildings, including an authentic logging camp on site. Cool.

A Bean Hole Bean supper is held the second Saturday in August every year.

The menu includes:
-Best beans you've ever had.
-Reflector oven biscuits made on site.
-Boiled red hot dogs
-Homemade gingerbread, molasses cookies
