The Paper Moon Diner is an experience unto itself. Beginning with the mannequins placed oddly on the roof. When you enter it's usually standing room only and you have to wait for a table. Even if you have to wait, it's well worth it. The food is excellent, the decor is unique (try mobiles made out of pez dispensers, and toys randomly glued to the wall). Everyone shares duties so the person who gets your drink may not be the person who takes your food order or brings the food or the check . Whether you have kids or not, it will be a truly unique Baltimore experience.
Favorite Dish: I love any omelet they make.
Paper Moon is a fun place to go any time of day or night. The decor is fun-tacky, with Barbie dolls, mannequin parts, and other plastic toys. It's a very colourful place, in terms of decor and people- all walks of life frequent this diner. The food is above average diner fare, including many options for vegetarians.
Favorite Dish: omelettes, milkshakes, veggie burger
