There is a Crisfield Trolley which does the Crisfield Loop for 50 cents four times a day. (9:30, 10:30, 11:30 and 3:30)
The loop is
Somers Cove Marina
Carvel Hall (closed Monday)
Crisfield Somerset Co Airport
Janes Island State Park
Somers Cove Marina.
The regular bus does a Crisfield route starting in Crisfield at 6:30 am, 8:30 am and 3:30 p.m., and then goes to Pocomoke City. Buses also go to Salisbury. Fare is $1.00 or 50 cents for seniors.
The commuter circuit route in Crisfield is #6 Monday through Saturday and goes:
2) McCready Hospital (which is also accessible by water if necessary)
3) Meatland (a good full service market)
4) Crisfield Town Dock
5) and 6) Marina
7) Retirement Village
8) Village Drive
9) Primary school
10) High School
11) Fire Department
Then it goes to Pocomoke (stops 12 to 19). There is a transfer point in Pocomoke (transfers are free at transfer points). The last bus comes back from Pocomoke leaving at 4:25 pm.
Crisfield's main street is quite wide and there's not much traffic because the road dead ends there. It is also pretty flat country. So bicycles are a common mode of transportation. The marina rents bikes, although I don't know if they would rent them if you weren't there on a boat.
