My granddaughter and I stopped at the drive through. She said she thought they also had hot dogs, and maybe other places do but this one doesn't. I guess if you wanted food, you would have to go to the Early Bird next door. At Bruster's, you can't eat inside, but you can walk up to the window or drive through.
Favorite Dish: She got a blue Italian ice and I got orange sherbert. This cost $5.00 ($2.50 each) plus 30 cents tax.
My husband went with me a couple of years later. The ice cream was very expensive - almost four dollars for two scoops. The first flavor I asked for they were out of, so I got mint chocolate chip and it found it to be a much sharper flavor than I like.
This is an unusual looking church at the corner of the road we use to get from Leonardtown to the doctor's office. It was established in 1690 (according to the sign out front) and is also the site of a parochial school. I can't find any particular information about it on the internet except what is below:
