Sandia peak is a awesome place to visit. The Evelation is 10,378 ft . breath taking views. You go up the moutain in a Tram. Sometimes if you are lucky you can see black bears. There is a wonderful resturant at the top to snack at the bar or have a tasty meal.

This shop is great. It has everything to pottery, Knitwear. Traditional Indian Clothes to Bufferlo Skulls to Hanging Chillies.

What to pay: The shop is so great you could spend fortunes. The items there are very reasonably priced compared to other shops in N.M

Please check that you dont go onto private land. Some of the Land belongs to the Indians still. They are private reservations. If you enter this land without permission. The Idians by law can deal with you as they wish. I.E they can strip you of everything you own. So make you have respect for these people. Some land belongs to the goverment. So its a good Idea to check before going onto any land here.
