Exactly the opposite of the Drunk Bus, the Boardwalk Bus is one of the worst deals in Ocean City. This bus goes from one end of the 3-mile boardwalk to the other. The fare is $2.50 for a one-way trip, even if you only want to go 1/2 mile.

The Drunk Bus runs from the southern tip of Ocean City to the northern tip all day every day. Here I am with my daughter, Denise and her daughters, Amelia and Veronica. We rented this bike, and man-o-man, what a work out! My daughter was ready to call it quits after about 20 minutes! The girls loved it! It was $22.00/hour. We rode out against the wind, and the ride was much easier with the wind at our backs. These bikes are really heavy, and not allowed on the boardwalk after 12:00pm.

Driving is slow, a traffic light every 25 feet. For $1.00 you can ride the busses from one end of town to the other, cheap as it gets from early in morning until 1:00AM. If you stay uptown in condo area, this is a must to get around in a timely manor.
