As you walk the main streets of St. Michaels you will be flooded with chances to go shopping. Almost every historical house on the main street has been transformed into antique and junk shops. Many have expensive art, fine china, and many many antiques. You could literally spend an entire afternoon just exploring the many shops in St. Michaels.

Known as the "Things to Make You Smile!" gift shop. We bought a few "thank you" gifts here for the kids. Such fun to look about here!
What to buy: Body t-shirts, whimsical dolls and all kinds of unusual gifts. Here's a picture of one of the owners. Altho I've forgotten her name, she was a delight to talk too. Note some of the items for sale behind her. ;-)
Don't know what to buy somebody ?
I bet you could find something there!
What to pay: We paid $29 for body t-shirts. Check out their website to see more.

St. Michaels' Talbot Street is lined with interesting shops filled with antiques and local crafts.
Every shop you can think of; antiques, clothes, gifts, or crafts. It's fun to look at them all!
What to buy: Everything! Oops, not too much tho... we have to be able to pack our bags for the flight back home. Maybe the shop will ship? Aha.
