Here is Towson's best venue and one of the best in Baltimore. A lot of good local bands play here as well as good touring bands that have smaller followings.
It use to be a movie theatre. All the chairs are ripped out and the screen is now a stage. It has an interesting atmosphere. It is a great place to see a small band play.
You can find the a schedule in the local free paper called the City Paper which features all venues in the Balimore area.
Dress Code: No dress code. This place is very unformal.

A take-off of the original, Towson's CVP is the local joint for lunch and nighttime partying. Cozy up in a booth to munch on appetizers or the CVP-proclaimed "pub grub" -- burgers, club sandwiches, cheesesteaks and finger food. CVP also offers a couple of satisfying platters: ribs, crab cakes, grilled tuna, and a barbecued chicken breast. Friends join together on the back patio for drinks and music after dinner. Some Sunday nights the bartenders play Spin the Wheel: Every half-hour, the wheel is given a twirl, and the drink it lands on is the special of the night. A word of warning: Charles Village Pub is Towson's most popular college bar, so be careful, the weekend crowds may squash you.

There is always something to do while at the inner harbor. There is the Hard Rock, ESPN Zone, The Gallery, The Harbor Place, Aquarium, Boat Rides, and plenty more all within walking distance of each other. There are the bars and clubs as well.
