33 Restaurant & Lounge, Boston
33 is a place where it's not about what you know, it's WHO you know. This is especially the case on the weekends. If you're not on anyone's 'guest list,' then be prepared to stand in line for a significant part of your evening. (In all reality, you're better off going next door to Bomboa for mojitos at the bar.) Drinks at 33 are on the expensive side, and nothing great. Very trendy space, but all attitude and not much substance.
Dress Code: Most people dress 'clubby.'
Good spot to hang with friends and chill with some drinks and loungy music though the music might get louder and different (more high energy-ish?) later in the night - depends on the night I guess. Nice ambience, music, drinks, people, a bit of dancing,... I usually go there friday or saturday or sunday nights. Get there early (by 10, 10:30pm) as a line might form later on.
I chose "Eating and Drinking" as the theme above because I can't seem to choose more than one option. You can eat, drink, dance, people watch,... - whatever you fancy. :)
Dress Code: Best not to wear jeans/sneakers, esp sneakers. It is a bar/restaurant/lounge but most dress a bit clubby.
