Sunset Grill & Tap: Beer lover's haven!

For beer lovers! 112 beers on tap and 380 microbrews ? all of which are served in specific types of glasses based on what the brewers recommend. They even have cask ale, vintage ale, and mead. For food, you have to get the steam beer burger!

Dress Code: Casual attire - some people do come in after work in work clothes, but it's not required. Jeans will do fine.

Sunset Grill & Tap: Fantatically Well-stocked Bar - Great Veggy Burger

    Sunset Grill & Tap

I often used to pop down to the Sunset Grill & Tap for a take-away when recording ar Galaxy Park Studios down the street. Apart from the one occasion, when I was given a meat burger instead of veggy, the burgers were fab. I always enjoyed popping in there while in the vacinity (and they do a great Marguerita).

If you like beer, this place has literally hundreds from all over the world, displayed on shelves behind the bar...You could eat here every day of the year and still not have tried all of them.

Recommended for a good burger take away and an excellent marguerta while you're waiting.

    The usual American food.

Sunset Grill & Tap: 110 beers on tap for your tasting pleasure

by rephluxx Written Feb 3, 2005

If you appreciate a good beer then you better try the Sunset Bar Grill & Tap (or it's other restaurant, the Sunset Cantina) on Brighton Ave in Allston. The Sunset boasts over 110 beers on tap with a beer that changes every few weeks. The prices aren't bad either. I think they have about three hundred beers in bottles as well. It's pretty cool. The food is isn't bad as well.

    Dress Code: Informal.
