The Irish Famine Memorial is located on the Freedom Trail near Borders books store. The memorial commemorates the 150th anniversary of the Irish Famine. Many Irish immigrated to Boston during this time.

Today, the Irish have nothing to fear as there are several Pubs within walking distance of the memorial. God Bless America.
