Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Boston weather is notoriously fickle. It can be bitterly cold in the winter and very hot and humid in the summer, so check online before you go. It's also one of the windiest cities in the coutry. When it's windy, it feels about 10 degrees colder!

Photo Equipment: We only get something like 100 sunny days a year, not very many. So bring fast film if you're unlucky enough to be caught in gloomy weather.

Photo Equipment: Boston's age and dignity make it one of the best US cities to photograph. Don't forget your camera equipment. A polarizing filter will help as well as a zoom/telephoto lens.
