Parish is a café/bar that offers sandwiches. But don't think that this is just the usual "grab a sandwich" kinda place. The delicious variety of sandwiches is created by well-known chefs and shows a lot of creativity. Tastes that you otherwise don't find mixed are combined in these "upmarket" sandwiches. The list is long and changing regularly, so eat your way through the delicious selection. But it might be hard, since you will probably like your first choice so much that you don't want to try anything else after...
The Parish Cafe is no ordinary sandwich place. Well-known chefs from all over Boston have each contributed a unique sandwich to the menu, resulting in a variety of terrific choices. No one from my group left unsatisfied (or hungry). We all had terrific meals.
Parish Cafe is a combination of bar, restaurant and cafe near Boston Common. The place is renowned by the huge, inventive sandwiches (from a selection of local chefs) that are really delicious. The price is steep, but the taste (and the size) are really worth of every penny.
The cafe is located on a vivid shopping street and food and drinks are served also to patio, so sunny days are well spent eating and watching people passing by.
Favorite Dish: Try something from the sandwich menu. If you can't choose, ask the waiter to help. Note that the sandwich menu is renewed from time to time, so your past favourite may not be available anymore.
