The Common's a well-tended to park and a lovely place to take a stroll in. Although I work right by it, I don't go there enough. Shame. It's nice place!

best place to just relax, Public Gardens

Don't forget The Public Gardens next to Boston Commons. This was my favorite part of town, a true oasis of quiet set right in the center of this bustling big city.

The swan boats have long been a tradition in the duck pond in the Public Garden. You can still get a ride for under a dollar.
