If you are the former, try from their Sichuan Cooking menu, or otherwise, American style list.
Favorite Dish: It has an extensive menu.

Sichuan style string beans $8
Sliced roast beef and tendon with chili sauce $7
Fish filets with spicy chili sauce $13
Baby shrimp with tofu $10
The food was very tasty.
