For a few years I worked for an agency that sent me to Dearborn often. I would take I-75 N to Southfield Fwy N. BY ALL MEANS be sure to add another 20 minutes or MORE to your calculated commuting time if you are travelling between the hours of 6:30A-9:00A or 4:00P-6:30P! It can get pretty ugly out there, with lots of accidents and backups. The Michigan Ave area is very tricky with traffic merging at several locations in a short stretch!
Hop aboard another type of mode of transportation. The villages teams of horses will take you to different areas of the village.

Hop aboard a vintage Model AA bus. It will pick you up and drops you off at designated stops throughout Greenfield Village.
