  • One of the best kept secrets in Detroit-Chrysler

This has got to be one of the best kept secrets in Detroit, friend who had lived there did not know about it. It's well worth a visit even if you are only mildly interested in cars. Housed in a modern purpose built building are the many different makes of cars that became part of the Chrysler group. It was certainly interesting to learn about the many pioneers of the Chrysler group and the many innovations that we now take for granted that were first introduced in their cars.

You’re in Detroit, Motown! You should see some cars, right?
One opportunity is the Walter P. Chrysler Museum. The cars here are limited to monikers that fell into the Chrysler family (Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth Hudson, Rambler, AMC, and Desoto).
I like to go to automobile museums and this one, although limited to Chrysler, had a first rate display, the cars were immaculate.
