  • Dancing: Ground Zero Nightclub

by allisonyearly Written Sep 28, 2015

Ground Zero Nightclub is such a fun place to go on Fridays and Saturdays. On Fridays, it's Halloween themed (even when it's not Halloween time), so everyone dresses up in costumes and the place is decorated really cool.I love Halloween, so I was really excited when this theme night started. The music is a big mix of EDM, Classics, pop, a bit of everything. On Saturdays, it's Bondage a Go-Go with the bondage show in the back and everyone dancing to industrial music in the dance floor area. The place opens at 10pm and there are cheap drinks both nights until 11pm! The people there are so nice. Every time I go there, I have a memorable experience, so I would definitely recommend it!

Dress Code: Anything goes for the dress code. You will see a bit of everything. A lot people will be all decked out, but a few others may be in khakis and polo shirts.

    Dancing: Dancing Lessons near Downtown

My friend takes lessons here sometimes. We walked into the studio, and I was impressed with the instruction that was going on. It's a very nice building too, a contemporary warehouse with modern decor.

Check the website for instruction and dancing schedules.

If you treasure great food, excellent martini lists and live bands for superb jazz to dance to , Jazzmines has it for you!
Get there early for a wonderful dining experience.
Then, trip out to the dance floor and strut your stuff!
The bands are awesome . The people-watching- eclectic. The atmosphere......well, it's the place to see and be seen!

Dress Code: Dress code is all-encompassing. I chose to dress for a lively night on the dance floor; heels, skirt, glitzy shirt.
    Others were dressed down.

One place I always go is RODEO. It's a country bar, and I enjoy the people and the dancing.
If you like to Swing Dance, Two Step, Hustle and Line Dance, this is the place for you. Wednesdays are actually the best night to go, but Saturdays are great too.

Dress Code: Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to dress 'country' to go to a country bar. It's a very relaxed atmosphere.

Popular 18-and-up dance club with nightly dancing.
Tropix is best known for its sudsy dancing -- club denizens frolic in Mr. Bubble-type froth, pumped from a tube. Don't think about it too much, just do it. Popular 18-and-up dance club with nightly dancing; especially hot on Sundays. Play that funky music, white boy!
