After a tour around Camp Snoopy we just walked into here for lunch and found ourselves in a very upscale setting surrounded by expensive people. The lunch wasn't cheap, but it wasn't impossible either. This restaurant serves California cusisine and has won the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence in 2003.
Favorite Dish: I had the "Quick Fix" [at the bottom of the photo] -- which was a small salad, half a chicken wrap and a cup of soup -- in this case roasted tomato. It was delicious :) And only $10. US. My dining companion had the Garlicky Roast Beef Sandwich and was happy :)
You would think that any restaurant located inside of a mall wouldn't be all that special, but this restaurant was actually quite nice. It was a business casual atomosphere with a large winelist and bar. The decorating was dark wood and deep colors. The menu consisted of some ordinary items made better with special little touches. Items range from appetizers to sandwiches, salads to soup and steaks.
It was a business lunch and the restaurant was crowded, but I have to say that the waitstaff left much to be desired. Slow service with everything we ordered and/or needed... including the check.
Favorite Dish: The pastrami sandwich was VERY good!
