Target. What more needs to be said? Target is the best. Also called Tar-gay, and Tar-zhey Boutique.
Need something? You can find it at Target. Need a lot of things? Go to a Target Greatland. Need a lot of things and groceries too? Go to a Target Superstore.
What to pay: Target is less expensive than most other stores, but more expensive than K-mart (aka Came-A-Part) and Walmart... because everything THEY sell sucks. Target is the best!

Har Mar Mall is right in the heart of Roseville. Only minutes from St. Paul or Minneapolis. Legend has it that a couple named Harold and Marie opened the mall decades ago... hence the name Har Mar. They died tragically, and their ghosts haunt the mall to this day....
At least, that's what my friends told me in the 7th grade, can't say I've ever seen any proof of that.
What to buy: If you're at Har Mar, you should go to the movie theater. Oldest theater in Roseville. Barnes and Noble is the largest anchor store, I believe, but there's also a Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Michaels, and Old Chicago... among many other stores and restaurants.
What to pay: There are several discount stores in the mall, so you can expect to pay less than at the other main Roseville Mall (Rosedale).

Roseville is full of strip malls and stores... but the best shopping center in Roseville is Rosedale Center. Anchor stores are Marshall Fields, JC Penny, Mervyns, Herbergers. Filled with trendy stores, jewelry stores, shoe stores, card/gift stores, restaurants, nail salons... etc.
What to buy: Really something for everyone, good for a few hours of entertainment.
