Granite City Brewery is a great place to eat, one of my all time favorite places. I have never had a bad dinner, service is wonderful, and beer is brewed at GCB, great patio for summertime meals, a must if in St. Cloud area.
Favorite Dish: Three Cheese Ravioli heard the turkey rueben is wonderful, GCB special sour cream/garlic dip for fries, the potato or tomato basil soup, or bedda chedda burger. The Monterey chicken wrap with avocado is also great. The weekly Chef specials are also to die for.
Pete’s Place is located on 9th Avenue and serves up a great traditional American breakfast. You will find every walk of life here from the guy who should be in CD treatment to the 7th district judge. It as a homey, cozy feeling.
Get a perfect hand in cribbage or close to it and you to can get your picture on the wall.
Serves lunch too, open daily until 4:00 PM.
Favorite Dish: Thick cut bacon
Park Diner is one of my favorite spots for a cheap meal. It is a shiny metal diner with a 50's motif. They have fabulous malts and shakes and average sandwiches and burgers. I hear their breakfast is fabulous. Kids love it becuase they get their kid's meal served in a replica 50's carboard car. The value for your money is great! it is located across from the movie theatre and they have some type of deal, sorry I cant remember the details, if you bring in your ticket stub. It is also a favorite spot for car collectors who often bring their vintage automobiles. A great meeting place for getting together with friends.
Favorite Dish: All of the malts and shakes are amazing! They are served 50s style in glass with whipped cream and a cherry on top, accompanied by the extra amount that wouldn't fit in the glass, in the malt tin. With many flavors ranging from vanilla to pineapple, as well as a malt of the month, everyone will be satisfied.
