We went to Taylor Falls in the hope to see falls, we went to the place the selled tickets for a boat trip. At the parking lot you could see the wild waters which looked promissing.
We bought to tickets and where told we would have to walk for about 5 to 10 minutes to get to the docking place of the boat. The usual docking place right behind the office wasn't in use because of high waters.
We walked along the waters through to woods and over the rocks and got to the docking place.
The boat just docked and we would have to wait a half hour. We boarded to boat and took a seat on the upper deck. We had a narated tour telling about the history and learned there where no falls here anymore...
But all in all it wasn't exactly a punishment to sit on a boat in the sun, we where happy we took the trip..
