One of the prettiest spots in the state. I like to think of it as a zoo for trees, shrubs and flowers.
Take a couple hours and stroll around the Sculpture Garden of the Walker Art Center.

This shot was taken around Christmas from the skyway between Dayton's and the IDS Center looking south down the Mall.
This is a great campground located on the shores of Lake Superior. There are about 5 waterfalls that are a 15 minute hike away from your campsite.
The Guthrie Theater Located in Downtown Minneapolis is a great time!
It has the world known round thrust stage for a great and unique theater experience.
These Walleyes, 4 lbs and 11 lbs, were taken out of one of our lakes during ice fishing season. We did drive out on the frozen lake. You must have patience while fishing.
Go to the capitol area in St. Paul. The capitol is a beautiful building. It is a short walk from there to the History Center and the Cathedral. More about these places on my St. Paul page.
Gooseberry falls which is actually a series of falls. The picture at left is a section of the middle falls.
The stones here are used by the indians to make the peacepipes. This picture shows a stone formation called 'oracle' since it has the shape of a head.
Drive the North Shore from Duluth to Canada. This is a beautiful scenic drive that is a must to see a little bit of what Minnesota is about!
