If you want somewhere to eat that's off the beaten path with great food, Phillip's Grocery is the place to eat. With their huge hamburgers and historic feel, Phillip's makes the eating experience delightful. If you around the interior of the store, you will see all kinds of Coka Cola memorabilia as well as other historic items that give it a classic feel that you can't find in a fast food place.
Each time I've been at Phillip's, the food has been perfectly cooked and everything on the menu fantastic. They have every topping for you burger that you could desire and things like fried tomatoes and seasoned fries that go perfect with your (single, double, OR triple) hamburger. They do have fountain drinks, however, you can get a classic glass bottled drink from the cooler that just adds to the great experience.
Favorite Dish: The triple hamburger combo with seasoned fries and drink has been my favorite meal at Phillip's so far. Before I go on, you must know that this is not JUST a hamburger! This burger is the epitome of everything that is American! It has a flavor I have never tasted in any other hamburger before and my new favorite burger place. On the down side of this dish, it is probably horrible for you and if you eat there for lunch, you might want to have a salad for dinner.
