This flea market has it all. From Antiques to collectibles, to new items, you will find it here. There are probably 50 to 60 dealers in this Flea Market and they have everything from soup to nuts. You might even meet some of their more eccentric folks like Ken or Richard (the owner). Both are a wonderful lot of fun! The Flea Market is just filled with things from the past and from the present. If you can't find it in town or at the mall, then check this Flea Market out!!! Depression glass, pottery or all names, shapes and sizes, wrought iron, old gas lights, books (new and old), cute little shelf items from past AND present, and more. I just could not list everything these folks have at this market. If you want new, they have it. If you want antique, they have it. If you want reproductions, they probably have that as well. It exists in a L O N G, L O N G, metal building FILLED to the brim with antiques, jewelry, lamps, crocks, dinnerware and just about anything you can name. Take a few extra minutes and check this out. You will NOT be sorry!!
What to pay: At this flea market, you can spend anything from a buck to hundreds. And they are always ready to deal!
This little shop lives at the bottom of the hill off I-20/59. Take the Hwy 145 Exit between Holiday Inn and Waffle House and go South. At the bottom of the hill on the left, just past the Waffle House, is a small (lookin) little antique Mall. This mall has around 35 or 40 dealers with a wonderful diversity of items. You can buy the most expensive piece or a tiny remembrance of times gone by. Miss Nan, who owns the store, is MOST knowledgeable about what her renters carry and she can tell you about most ANYthing "antiquey". Her enthusiasm for her work belies her age. And believe me, when you want something, she will help make it happen. Beautiful OLD lamps of years ago, hang above along with other pieces. So don't forget to LOOK UP!!! The lady also MAKES the most wonderful smelling soaps and candles you could imagine. Just tell her your favorite fragrance and she probably has it in a soap or candle. (My favorite is "Magnolia".) So take a little detour (it's only a couple of block south) off I-20/59 at the Hwy 145 SOUTH exit. Don't miss this little out of the way place and all its treasures. You will not be disappointed!!
What to pay: This antique mall has absolutely EVERYTHING from $1 to almost anything you want to pay! So have FUN!!!
