This is eastern Jackson County's most popular mall. They are constantly adding new stores and keep it looking nice. Some stores include: The Jones Store, Dillards, Sears, Hollister Co, Abercrombie and Fitch, American Eagle, The Buckle, The Gap, Victoria's Secret, Old Navy, The Disney Store, Spencer's Gifts, and Hallmark.
The food court is large and even the pickiest eater can find something. There is also an Applebee's located at the main 39th Street enterence.

There are many shops located around the historic main square of Independence, surrounding the city hall. Many of them are specialty shops, antique shops, or shops of historic significance. With over 80 stores, it's nice to just wander and go window shopping, or perhaps stop in the soda fountain for a malt!
