Rent a raft and relax on the river. If your lucky, you might even be able to rent a kid to do the work. (that's a joke)

During the summer weekends and holidays the river can get crowded with lots of partiers. If you want peace and quiet go through the week. Even Sundays can be relatively quiet. But if you like a bunch of people around, you'll have fun on the weekend.

Weekends on the Black River can be crowded. Some of those people can be pretty wild. But I find it can be very entertaining at times. The weekdays are very peaceful and you can have the river pretty much to yourself.
